These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JiBiFlow platforms and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
JiBiFlow provides technology platforms for industry-specific marketplaces, including:
- GloUp — Beauty and wellness booking platform
- OpenCounsel — Legal services matching platform (coming soon)
- Additional platforms as they become available
Our services enable businesses to list their services, accept bookings, process payments, and manage their operations through our technology.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Respect other users and service providers
- Honor bookings and commitments made through the platform
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt to compromise the platform
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Violate the rights of others
- Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
3. For Business Providers
If you list your business on a JiBiFlow platform, you additionally agree to:
- Maintain valid business licenses and permits as required by law
- Provide accurate descriptions of your services and pricing
- Deliver services as described and booked
- Maintain professional standards in your interactions with customers
- Comply with platform-specific guidelines and policies
- Pay applicable fees and transaction charges
4. Intellectual Property
JiBiFlow Property: All platform technology, software, designs, logos, and content are owned by JiBiFlow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services.
Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
5. Payments & Fees
- Payment processing is handled securely through Paystack
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
- Transaction fees may apply to bookings processed through the platform
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- JiBiFlow provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for the actions of service providers or customers
- Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the past 12 months
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
7. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases
- Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, liability)
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana. We comply with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and other applicable Ghanaian laws and regulations.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
